So far I am extremely happy with the customer service I have received in trying to locate my package. The arrival date keeps changing. It has been little over 3 weeks, and we’re told it could be because it’s coming to Hawaii. I have never had a package issue take this long but the company keeps in contact with me, and have taken the tracking to heart and have offered if it doesn’t arrive in a week they will mail out another one. Just when I start to worry I will never see my order, I receive an email telling me they are tracking it. This makes me very happy! I hope it arrives soon. We do need it for my vehicle to see what is going on with it. I need my vehicle for my daughter’s wedding in two weeks. I appreciate everything they are doing to locate my package.
