Very nice tool

I have been using ThinkDiag for my vehicle diagnostics and I am satisfied with its performance. It supports many vehicle brands and provides useful diagnostic and service functions. The customer support team responded quickly and helped me with my questions. Overall, it has been a good experience and I recommend it.

Fast and satisfactory service

Think diag has been my go to for vehicle diagnostics for almost 5 years now and I love it there is not anything those expensive scanners off the tool truck can do that I can’t do right from my phone been a satisfied customer ever since I bought it for $99 thank you think diag I can’t make my living without this tool been technican for 25 years best diagnostics tool I found

Excellent. Fast shipping to Sweden. Good costumer service and communication. The product is (MUCAR 689 bt) very good, works flowlessly. definately recommended

I did end up getting directed to where I needed to go for support.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong scanner and contacted them to see if it could be canceled. They got back to me within a day and offered to just change my existing order and also refunded me the difference within another day. I got the unit in less than a week's time too! Even though it was my mistake they fixed it immediately, this sure is awesome customer service something you rarely see these days!

Muchas gracias por su pronta atención en mi requerimiento
