Excelentes productos de diagnóstico para vehículos, buena atención al cliente lo mejor de lo mejor.

I ask them som e questions, and got my answers, and i then ordered my Mucar 892 BT Pro, July 28, 2026, and 3 days after it was sent with DHL, and it arrived to me in Norway already Aug 3, 2026. That was fast.. I have testet it and works good, and fast when updating and scanning. easy to use, just need to get used to where to go around in it´s meny :-) but then easy. only thing u had with it, is i got a free screen protector with it and it follow the instructions, that says clean scren with alcohol cotton,(it´s in the packet), then put on the screen protector.. i then got 2 airbubbles, so I removed the screen protector, but it was not under the screen protector it was under the Tablets Screen :-( should not happen that kind. I have contacted them, they will now send me a new screen protector to me. I did manage to get thise 2 airbubbles out under tablets screen. so now good again, tablet works as it should and still love this Scanner.. I would say you should choose the Pro version where you get more options. the Mucar 892 BT is also a good options but it you can get it to not so much differents in price, i would take Pro version..

Ufff excelente sus productos, excelente la cálidad, excelente la asistencia pense que es pura ia pero son personas disponibles a ayudar en todo lo necesario muy contento con mi inversión por supuesto que lo recomiendo un saludo desde Colombia.

Ich hatte ein gebrauchtes Gerät ein Thingdiag 2 gekauft, auf welchem leider noch eine alte email registriert war. Nachdem der Shop wo ich es erwarb nicht helfen konnte, schrieb ich den Hersteller Thinkcar direkt an. Ich war beeindruckt wie schnell der Kundensupport auf meine Anfrage reagiert hat. Es brauchte gerade einmal 2 Emails und das Gerät war auf Werkseinstellung gesetzt. Von mir bekommt die Firma und der Kundensupport volle 5 Sterne. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder mutzen. Einfach nur Top Kundenservice.
