My books are a mess after handing them over to Tax Hack
We used Tax hack for about 18 months. The first few months were ok but after that they continued to fall short on deadlines. There were about 3 or 4 different people that handled my account and they did not communicate between each other and I never new who I was supposed to communicate with myself. Now after learning to do my books I see what a mess they are. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Update: Ashton I communicated this to your team multiple time. And and very certain I communicated this to you as well. If you couldn't take care of my books when I was paying you (an outrageous amount) I wouldn't trust you to make it right afterwards. Also this review was flagged having derogatory comments which lets you know what kind of company this. That they would lie in order to take down a bad review.
