Unorganized and hard to work with
My company used Taxhack (AKA Centurion) for 1 year and it was a horrible experience. They are unorganized and have very poor follow up. It wasn't uncommon for me to follow up 3-4 times over 3-4 weeks to get an answer. They made mistakes filling my taxes and caused a mess I'm still cleaning up today. When i cancelled my service with TaxHack, they asked me to sign a 7 page document which included a clause saying I couldn't leave a negative review. I refused to sign the document. Run the other way and avoid this company.

Byron, I'm sorry. Following up three or four times over several weeks to get an answer is not acceptable. Any mistake on your filing that's still causing you work today is something we take seriously and want to help fix. About the offboarding document: every client has the right to share honest feedback about their experience with us, and we're glad you did. It helps us get better.
