Thanks Eric! It has been a pleasure working with you on the R&D tax credit. We are glad that it ended up coming in higher than we estimated initially!

We used Tax hack for about 18 months. The first few months were ok but after that they continued to fall short on deadlines. There were about 3 or 4 different people that handled my account and they did not communicate between each other and I never new who I was supposed to communicate with myself. Now after learning to do my books I see what a mess they are. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Update: Ashton I communicated this to your team multiple time. And and very certain I communicated this to you as well. If you couldn't take care of my books when I was paying you (an outrageous amount) I wouldn't trust you to make it right afterwards. Also this review was flagged having derogatory comments which lets you know what kind of company this. That they would lie in order to take down a bad review.

Thank you for sharing this. We take every review seriously, so we searched our records carefully. We couldn't match this username or these details to any client account, past or present. If you've worked with us, please contact me directly at [email protected] with your name or business name. I'll look into it personally and make it right if we fell short. Clear communication and one accountable point of contact are central to how we serve our clients, and we want to understand what happened.

My company used Taxhack (AKA Centurion) for 1 year and it was a horrible experience. They are unorganized and have very poor follow up. It wasn't uncommon for me to follow up 3-4 times over 3-4 weeks to get an answer. They made mistakes filling my taxes and caused a mess I'm still cleaning up today. When i cancelled my service with TaxHack, they asked me to sign a 7 page document which included a clause saying I couldn't leave a negative review. I refused to sign the document. Run the other way and avoid this company.
Response from mytaxhack.comSep 22, 2026
Byron, I'm sorry. Following up three or four times over several weeks to get an answer is not acceptable. Any mistake on your filing that's still causing you work today is something we take seriously and want to help fix. About the offboarding document: every client has the right to share honest feedback about their experience with us, and we're glad you did. It helps us get better. We've tightened our response-time standards since then. I'd also like to review your file personally and help clean up anything that came from our work, at no charge. Please contact me directly at [email protected].

Relie, thank you for calling out Mike and Miguel by name. I'll make sure they both see this. Personal service is at the center of how we work, and it's great to know it made a difference for you.

Tax Hack has been great to our business in regards to giving us confidence, direction and guidance in what to prioritize in our financial admin and management.
Response from mytaxhack.comSep 22, 2026
Christian, it means a lot to hear we've given you confidence and direction. Financial admin can feel overwhelming when everything seems urgent at once, and helping owners figure out what matters first is one of our favorite parts of the job. Thank you for letting us be part of your team.

I've used this firm for years to do my taxes. I know their management now pretty well as they've been so personal and made sure I receive advice I need and am not even thinking about. I run multiple businesses and personal/family returns through them and they keep it all sorted for what I consider quite reasonable prices.
Response from mytaxhack.comSep 22, 2026
Isaiah, thank you. Being proactive and bringing up advice before you think to ask is a big part of how we try to work. Keeping several businesses and family returns organized under one roof takes real coordination, and we don't take your trust for granted. We're glad the value is there for you too.
