Whatever you do don't sign up to this survey site. After amassing around £30 worth of points out of the blue i get told that my account is inactive. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have had no replies. Bad customer service and poor website.

They are becoming a joke. 13 out of 15 recent surveys got Waypoint error (ie you don't qualify) then the SAME survey a day or so later (sorry servers unavailable) Their customer support could give little Britain a run for it's money, More or less the same answer regardless of the complaint, and always:.."Computer says" we didn't record your entry or similar. I'd fall about laughing if it wasn't so annoying

I was rejected from joining this site and told this was because I had broken their 'good-faith participation' rule. This made no sense to me as I had only just signed up and had certainly not provided any false or misleading information. Replies from customer service are generic and impersonal. Their decision is final and I suppose that's their prerogative, but it would be nice if they would remove my account and any personal information they hold that I provided in, erm, 'good faith'. Doesn't seem to be any chance of that though. Dreadful experience when I have had many good experiences with other survey sites in the past.

i have since emailed this company again and said how angry i was not to have received a reply.they contacted me the same day and said my account had been made inactive because it had been hacked. they provided details of how to unlock my account and i have since received my reward.i am still a member of this site. sorry if my previous review had an adverse effect on anyones views on this site

Started off ok, invited to complete regular surveys, usually a few each day and the points started to accumulate quite quickly. Managed to reach my first £5 which I asked to be put into my paypal account. Still have not received this almost 2 weeks later. Since then every survey I have been invited to do has either had an error right at the start to prevent me doing it or more annoyingly half way through the survey so I have been unable to accrue any points for some days now. Sent a message regarding this, no reply. AVOID. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Not even worth one star really.

My account was deactivated by My Survey .com and although I have sent 5 emails to them about why they deactivated my account I have not had one single reply! I had been with My Survey since they were Carol Adams and I find it totally bad that they will not reply to a single email!

Had been a member of this site for 3/4 years... a couple of weeks ago, tried to login to find my account had been deactivated!!! Had to contact them three times to try and find out what had happened. Received a 'generic' email saying that my account would not be reinstated with no explanation. I asked why this was the case and apparently I had broke the terms and conditions due to not answering surveys honestly? Not aware I had done this. Asked them which survey I had done this on and why they couldn't just not allow the points from that survey.. obviously..no further response! I had around 8000 points that I'd accumulated in my account which they have said that they will not reimburse. Seems like they do this quite often... Absolutely disgraceful. Use this website with caution and if you have accumulated lots of points.. WITHDRAW THEM NOW!!

Ich war bis vor ca. 2 Jahren in diesem Panel dabei und habe sehr gut mitgewirkt. Es kamen regelmäßig neue Umfragen die ich auch Erfolgreich beantworten konnte. Dann passierte es eines verhängnisvollen Tages das ich mich beim Support darüber beschwerte, als mir auffiel das ich nicht bei einer Umfrage nicht richtig Vergütet wurde und merkte das dort an. (Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich bereits fast 2 Jahre dabei und hatte wohl auch schon mehrere Auszahlungen erhalten.) Es kam zu einer weitreichenden auseinander Setzung zwischen mir und dem Panel da ich auf mein Recht bestand zumal ich auch Beweisen konnte anhand von Screenshots das mir für die Umfrage laut Bild auch diese Vergütung zustand. Während ich auf eine alles klärende Antwort wartete nahm ich weiterhin Teil am Panel. Ein paar Tage später kam es dann dazu das ich mich nicht mehr in mein Konto einloggen konnte und fragte mich wieso. Bei dem danach folgenden Schriftverkehr mit Mysurvey wurde mir erklärt das mein Account deaktiviert wurde weil es zu Diskrepanzen mit meinem hinterlegten Profil gekommen sei und aufgrund dessen auch nicht wieder freigeschaltet würde. Als ich versuchte das Problem zu klären bekam ich nur noch vorgefertigte Mails aus denen klar wurde das eine Klärung hier vergebens ist und sich die Gegenseite nicht daran Interessiert zeigt eine Lösung zu finden, geschweige dafür zu sorgen das ich weiter am Panel Teilnehmen kann. Mein Fazit: Ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen, kenne Mittlerweile mehrere Leute die aus unsachlichen und nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen vorzeitig aus dem Panel von seitens Mysurvey entfernt wurden. Da die AGB´s ja klar sind und auch gegen keine der vorliegenden Verstoßen wurde bleibt fraglich woran es wirklich gelegen zu haben scheint. Gruß Sascha
