MySurveyReviews of mysurvey.com

It is a good way to make money but on the 20th February, when i click on mysurvey it takes me to lifepoints, when i log in to mysurvey it takes me to lifepoints and makes me sign up for something and mysurvey is no longer available to use

Technical error comes up quite alot ! But usually are good at sorting out any missed points but does take a little time .averaging 2 payouts a week which is quite good compared to other sites . Quite a few diary surveys which have additional incentives which is great ! Payouts quite quick averaging 5 days turn over overall i would recommend

They have an excellent Support Team. I had an issue of points not getting credited and they responded to me and helped me very nicely and quickly. Other sites you have to keep badgering them for your missing points, but not this site. I only have a smartphone so surveys for me to take are limited but other than that, I highly recommended this site. They have PayPal too. I am updating my review. Yes, customer support helped me nicely on one problem I had. But now they don't or won't put back on my dashboard a monthly project I was working on. The project is a diary that comes in 2-week increments for 300 points. Well I am now out of the points because it disappeared from my dashboard and the 2-week period to enter ended this past Sunday. Oh and yesterday was my birthday and I am out 300 points! This is a lot of points due to it is very hard to qualify for a survey on this site. Now I won't bee eligible for the next 2-week diary which started yesterday, on my birthday, because I couldn't finish the first 2-week portion because this site took it off my dashboard!!! I finally got the 300 points owed but it is rediculous how you have to beg for points (remind anyone of Univox)?. Now it us August 7th and I had to remind them of another type of diary I finished last week and not credited and had to email them. I just don't understand why the member has to beg for points to post to their account. I mean, we did all thehard work and to not get what is owed or to have to remind or beg the site is rediculous.

This is a good site. Honest and you do get paid in vouchers. Worth a try.

i have since emailed this company again and said how angry i was not to have received a reply.they contacted me the same day and said my account had been made inactive because it had been hacked. they provided details of how to unlock my account and i have since received my reward.i am still a member of this site. sorry if my previous review had an adverse effect on anyones views on this site

Generally reliable. I had no problem receiving voucher payment from them multiple times, and it didn't take too long to get the rewards. Surveys are sent out frequently, though the downside is that you are not eligible for some of them. Despite filling in profile information, I continue to get surveys that I cannot even start. This is a problem that other survey sites share. Otherwise, solid site.
