I'd stick with IML products, won't do black stone labs again...not impressed. Quality Control was sub par and I've found multiple broken pills. Also, normally get a good bit of samples....this time I got one measley sample pack of pre workout.

Put my order in on Saturday but product didn't ship until Wednesday. My previous experiences had been great so I was disappointed.

I put in a PO Box as the address and when I looked in my account it said there was an error and it couldn't be shipped. An inquiry came back that it was because the system didn't recognize my address. It arrived in good time. It was the exact right address though so obviously their system needs to be updated. The actual protein tasted poor and had a darker color than the competitor protein, which is the same unflavored protein with nothing added. The competitor protein tasted much better with the exact same preparation. This confuses me and makes me question the quality of this product. I don't remember my first order tasting or looking that way, but I may have gotten use to the competitor protein (Jarrow), which is what I'm​ going back to. I wouldn't buy again or recommend. $180 is too much to spend on something that tastes bad and doesn't have to.

Great deal on a few supplements. Was excited to get them and start taking them. Got a tracking number the day they were ordered, but no updates on USPS for a week. Thought it might be on them, but then on day 8 I got a new email with the same tracking information, and the next morning saw that the USPS had an update on the package. Took 11 days to get from Illinois to NY. Great price, but not sure if I'll order again from them, especially if I want my order in a quick turnaround.

Purchase went very smooth and shipping was right on time, but the product gave me awful side effects and customer service just basically said "ya, that happens.". So now I have a bunch of unused product and they clearly didn't want to deal with refunds.

First order my supplement store was prompt in getting my order to me. My second order before I heard anything I had to call two weeks later on when I placed the order, I was told by representative that one product was on backorder, no email to notify me of the delay. I like the prices on here, especially protein powder because my family goes through a lot and I can still get quality stuff here. The selection of various products seems to be lacking compared to other discount supplement sites that I have used. I wasn't able to find everything I needed on here. As for the items I did order, the main supplements that I needed were on extended back order from the manufacturer. I was not told about this until over a week later when it was already supposed to be delivered so that really impacted my fitness regimen. They did refund me for those items promptly, which was great. After waiting another week or so for my order to arrive, finally, it was not packaged very well. There was no packing material in the box to protect the items and some of the products were dented and/or cracked. I also didn't receive any complimentary products or free samples like the website says. Also, I would NOT recommend ordering the Dymatize super aminos caplets! First of all, I must have misread the description because I thought they were capsules. Secondly, they are the biggest pills I have ever seen in my life! Whoever made them did not take into account how anyone would actually be able to take them. I cut one in half and it was still far too big to get down. It got stuck in my throat and wouldn't budge. It was actually really scarey! And I have never had an issue with swallowing pills! Definitely AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS! So, I wasn't too happy with my overall experience here. The protein seems good for the price, but they just don't really have what I need and their packaging and customer service needs some work!

Well I ordered mainly because of price and the samples that it said you had plenty of and after spending over 200$ I figured I would have gotten more. All I got was one dose of something for waking up. And the site said we have plenty of samples. Not very good at supplying the samples of you actually had them as I was looking to buy more from the site. Now....probably not.
