The products themselves are great, my poor review is a result of having my one of my items not be in stock...no phone call or email made to myself to let me know that my order was on hold. I waited the estimated time for the shipment only to find out after 5 days that my order was not shipped because my protein was not in stock. I replaced the protein then paid for 2-day shipping which I thought should be free as a result of my order not being shipped and the lack of communication from the company to myself telling me that one of my items needed to be replaced or the order needed to be changed.

Prices are good. My problem was that what I ordered was listed as "in stock", and I received a shipping confirmation. However, I tracked the shipment over a week and it never left, so I had to call to find out that the product was actually never in stock and they were waiting for it to come in before shipping. I wish that I would have been notified of this, instead of having to investigate and find out myself.

Was pleased with products and prices. Seems you can get all the same products at various websites but liked MSS. They were out of my order that said was in stock and after 10 days they couldnt or werent getting any in. So i had to go with Bodybuilding.com

Very slow shipping, took over a week to ship my order. Not deliver, but to ship. My item was in stock and not back ordered, still took forever

Upon ordering on the website, there was no mechanism in the supply chain to indicate they were out of stock on an item. When they realized they were out of stock, it took them a nearly a week to call me and in the mean time, they held up the other half of my order. Of course, we played phone tag -- they still did not send out the other half of the order, questioning if I still wanted to order it. When I answered, "yes, I still want to order it." They still made me pay for shipping, which would not get out until the following Monday. To date, they have not reimbursed me for the "out of stock" item that they were duly paid for upon receipt from me.

Ordered micronized creatine from the brand LifeExtension. I received non-micronized (called manufacturer who confirmed this) and have to return it.

The good- it is easy to order and I have always received exactly what I ordered with no surprises. Communication with the help services is usually quick and clear, unfortunately I had to use them too often. Bad- I've ordered 2 times and each time the shipping has been severely delayed with no compensation to my shipping costs. 1st shipment they did not read my apartment number and it was returned to the company. Second time it was sent to Puerto Rico!!! I live in Florida. No real reason for the delay, I even confirmed my address was valid after I made my purchase. It was over a week later than the projected delivery date. Why did I pay for that shipping?

Quickly found exactly what I wanted, in stock, available to ship. Site claims to ship in 2 days with a 2-3 day shipping for my area. After a week, I contacted them and told them I hadn't recieved shipping info let alone the product. They stated that they were waiting to recieve it from the vendor. What?! So I expect it in 2-3 days after thinking it was just a hiccup, these things happen. Nope! Contacted via phone and email multiple times over the 2-3 WEEK process, to hear or read, your product is on the way over and over. No apologies. No oops. Very disinterested, despite their boasts of availability and shipping times! They boast on their own site that this is part of what makes them great. Sadly they have good prices, great selection. It is a shame to not be able to shop here anymore because in some cases I have not been able to find the exact product elsewhere for a reasonable price. Just be aware if you purchase from them: customer disservice doesn't care and order a month in advance of needing your product.
