Unclear communication pertaining to delivery date.

Normally shipping is only a couple of days, this time over a week even after customer service assured me it would ship on Monday, it didn't ship until a week later. If your going to have promotions and put in writing we Guarantee ALL orders will ship out in a certain date, stick to that promise or provide a discount or samples to make up for it next time

My paying & receiving of shipment sufficient/fine no issues. However the review of the product was false, doesn't do any of the things it claimed too, that your company had posted. I would like honest truthful review of product supplements from the place I am issuing my payments, even if you are the third party and or vendor.

We've ordered from My supplement store many times and was always on time on shipment. This time around what stated to be 5-7 business days has not been received yet making it 11 business days with no product. Not happy with this shipment of sending it through UPS THAN transfer to USPS for delivery. UPS took the full 5 business days to get to USPS. Not too sure why they chose to ship items using 2 different modes instead of USPS??

Your shipping is horrible I never get my products on time

Quality products but slower than expected shipping for products all listed as in stock.

Shipping was absolutely horrible I had to call to find out why it took so long for them to begin shipping and then they tell me that I have to wait an extra week and a half for one of the products because it's being shipped separately at another facility There was no email to even indicate this

I am currently deployed to Guatemala and I decided to order supplements through "my supplement store" because I used them in the past when I was deployed to Afghanistan. However this time when I placed my order using a US Embassy address my order was placed on hold for over five days without me being notified. When I finally realized my order had not been shipped I had to make an international call to fix a problem that should have never happened. I was told over the phone that my order had to be reviewed again before it could ship. I was not content with this answer but was told by the operator that my box would include extras for the inconvenience. Finally my box arrived but with no extras only exactly what I had ordered. Without theses extras I would have canceled my order and chose another website. I am currently apprehensive about ordering from "my supplement store" again.
