I really like your products but when you advertise blueberry protein bars and I click on that item I expect blueberry protein bars not apple pie. It's a little frustrating.
Be aware when you click on an item it's the item you want. I clicked on a blueberry protein bars promotion and got apple pie. I guess I should have double checked before purchasing.

We do apologize about the confusion. On our website, there is a selection box where you choose the flavor you want. We cannot make the blueberry flavor come up automatically, but I will look into an option to be able to do this in the future.

Poor Customer Service
This was my second order from Mysupplementstore. I received the first order without any problem. On the second order several weeks ago, where I spent over $500, I still have not received.
My credit card was charged in full for the order. A few days later, after I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number, I was notified that my order was not shipped because they require my authorization code for that order. At first, I thought they were missing my three digit security code on the back of my credit card. But that wasn't the issue because I already provided that when I placed my order, and my credit card was already charged.
Authorization codes are sent directly to the merchant by the credit card issuer when the transaction is approved. The card holder, from my experience, does not receive the authorization code. But, Mysupplementstore still has not shipped my order, my credit card charge for the order hasn't been refunded, and I'm still waiting for an explanation.
I will not shop with Mysupplementstore again.

Hi Hassan - Thank you for this information. Both orders placed by you were flagged by our fraud system. We did ship out a $200+ order, but when another $600+ order came through again with a couple weeks, we needed to further verify it with an authorization code from your bank. It's nothing against you personally, we just get over a dozen fraud attempts per day so we need to verify many of these orders before they ship out. If you could supply us with an authorization code from your bank only once, all orders would ship out the same day you placed them. Sorry for the confusion.

Shipping needs to step it up
It took 10 days to receive my order after the date it was marked as shipped by them. I even paid UPS an upgrade fee to try and get it faster. They marked it as shipped on the 12th of August, but it wasn't picked up until the 17th.

Illegal Substance contained
I wanted to advise you that prior to you sending me the RA for this order of Liprodrene with Ephedra extract, I tried a few more doses. The next day I started to feel light headed and dizzy and after this occurred I wanted to verify that it was safe for my body. I am a DOT drug test administrator and have access to instant federal drug testing cups so I took a test at home. The results were Very Disturbing as it showed a Positive result for Amphetamines. I immediately discarded the remaining bottle and have since been flushing my body with water to rid my liver and kidneys of this toxin. I wanted to advise you that your product contains or produces the results of this illegal drug without a prescription and if you were aware you should remove this product from your online store or at least advertise that it will produce the same affects as AMP and seriously affect ones central nervous system with continued use. I think you have a duty to your consumers to take action as well as the legal ramifications to your company and owners by federal authorities.

I am happy to address all your concerns and hope to alleviate any issues you have.
First, I must state clearly, that we have zero illegal substances in any of our products. We have been in business for over 20 years, and operate in fully certified facilities with the utmost quality control. Being the leading manufactuere in the industry, our factories actually produce products for over 120 companies in the industry. We are inspected regularly by the FDA and hold GMP certifications as well as many more.
As far as the results of your test, this is how I best explain it. Whether you pass or fail a urine test is determined by two things. The actual test being given, and the criteria of the organization giving the test. For example, if a NCAA athlete drinks a Red Bull energy drink, they will fail a NCAA urine test. Not because anything in the Red Bull is illegal, but the NCAA says their athletes can only have a certain level of caffeine in their body. In regards to the type of test, cheaper, more generalized tests may read our ingredients as something else. When a full profile breakdown is done in a lab, with full spectrum analysis, the metabolites in our products are very different from those found in illegal amphetamines. There is no mistaking them. On a less specific test, I cannot say what the results would read. I have also attached some other information showing other over the counter products that may also cause similar results.

Not Satisfied
I ordered a pre workout I've never tried mostly because they offered a free pound of protein with it. After I ordered and the shipment was on it's way, I received an email saying the free pound of protein was sold out. The pre workout was terrible and no protein either. Terrible experience.

Hi Bart - I do aplogize about you not receiving your protein. I will be sending you a 2lb bottle of protein for this error. As far as the pre-workout, Mesomorph is actually our top selling pre-workout supplement, but it doesn't work for everyone. Along with that bottle of protein I will send you some samples of other pre-workout supplements.

Just a worthless product.
The 1-andro from LG sciences, at the doses recommended, or even at double those doses seems to be completely useless. If you buy the needed amount of andro for a 6-10 week run, you're going to waste a ton of money. Like I did. Save some money, buy something else from somewhere else.
Shipping was pretty quick I guess.

Product was not as advertised
I purchased 2 bottles of hellfire I used these before so I know what the pills look like when I received my bottles the pills were a different color instead of pink they were red also ingredients were different also delivery was a little late and Web site was filled with advertisements
