I've used my supplement store for years and have never had any issues until recently. My last 2 orders the shipping was botched and caused my orders to be delayed a week. It's getting to the point where the convience of the local GNC is going to Trump the little bit of savings gained by shopping online.

First order my supplement store was prompt in getting my order to me. My second order before I heard anything I had to call two weeks later on when I placed the order, I was told by representative that one product was on backorder, no email to notify me of the delay. It's been a month now and I still haven't received my order. Not happy at all!

Not the place to go if you just want your protein and get out. No prices are displayed due to some reseller law, so staff is up on you immediately. I've been dieting and working out longer than the staff is of age. I don't need your products explained to me, nor your certifications. I know what I'm doing, what your certs mean, and how you get them. It's not that hard. With all that said, I can say that this would be a good place for people just starting out that need/want a plan and don't know how to put it all together. It turned my, what would be 5 minute stop to a 30 minute rambling of different supplements.

I ordered 13 days ago and haven't received my order yet. I've called customer service twice and still no news on where it's at. I'd like to find out where my stuff is. I spent a lot and still nothing.

I should have stayed with my last company purchase. Pills don't work - must be old I took a 3 month break

Shipping was slow, far beyond the time frame listed. Products were shipped in 2 different boxes, one arriving 5 days after the first even though they were all apart of the same order number and ordered on the same date. I will not make any purchases from this site any more.

Was over charged for my product, should of been $86.49, including shipping but was charged $117.08 very disappointed

When my product did not come, I called the phone number provided, waited on hold, being forced to leave a message after that and not have anyone return my call and it's been over a month now.
