I still don't have the supplement. I got an email about a warehouse move. Normally I get supplements from you guys in 3 days or so but this one got lost in the mail.

Still have not received an email with tracking information. Normally they are fast and quick but this is a little disappointing:(

I am based in the UK and placed an order with My Supplement Store. In order to be able to collect the items I purchased, I had to pay an additional £10.93 import tax plus a £8 Royal Mail handling fee. Clearly, all imports from outside the EU run the risk of additional charges, but I believe it is the vendor's responsibility to educate their customers in this regard, as well as to minimise the possibility of any items being stopped at Customs.

i made an order on #100137348 (placed on May 9, 2017 3:17:44 PM CDT) on 30 may i send and e-mail to have some information about my order but i dont received any answer and i'm not received the mail "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." . no good

Horrible Web Site. Can't track past orders. Not notified of current order status so have had to call on my last two orders.

I paid for a one day deliver and the item arrived three days later! Also i was not reimbursed for the delay. The comment is not for the current order. It was regarding the previous order!

Be prepared to wait at least up to 10 days from the time you order until the earliest you'll receive it. I've never had to wait this long. I wish I would of ordered some place else with quicker handling and delivery of orders. If times not a issue then you will be ok and happy. Otherwise look until other places first.

I ordered from the company about 3 weeks ago for some protein powder. It took about 16 days from the order date to finally receive the package. The site said 2-6 day delivery with an email that let me know it was on its way. I had to call them after about 10 days to find out if it was still coming and never received any notification of the package status. Ended up they were out of stock of the product. Had to wait another week to finally receive. Overall, pretty good prices but poor handling. I'm going to stick with ordering off amazon.
