I had an order and it said it was shipped. Three days later I got a call saying it was canceled because they were out of stock with one of the items. It took five days to get my money back and I reviewed nothing from my order. I was with ought my money and the product. Nothing was set right and I finally got my money back but nothing more. I thought They would set it right with some in store credit or coupon but they didn't. I was really disappointed considering I really liked this website. I haven't ordered anything and I am unsure if If I will in the future.

I bought OSTA RX and no have an specific date of expiration.

I've ordered several times and service this time is horrible. Still has not been shipped and order was placed 2 weeks ago, my card was charged the day I placed the order . Will have to re think ordering from this company again, poor customer service.

Even though I was charged, it has been 16 days and still haven't received my order even though according to their shipping updates it has been in my town for a week.

Claims item shipped 9/30/2015 its already 10/15/15 and have not received any items yet. More than two weeks is just ridiculous

Should have shown items were out of stock before i ordered.I got an email saying my items were out of stock and my card would be credited. But the to get an email that my Items were shipped but still have nothing. Bad first experiance.

My order was held for over two weeks due to products being out of stock. I received one e-mail notification two days after placing my order that it would be delayed by two days. I sent an e-mail to customer service to inquire about a week and a half later and it was never responded to. I had to actually call customer service to get answers. I've still not yet received my order going on over two and a half weeks. Worst ever. I've used them for over two years and they are constantly out of one product or another. For such a big name the customer experience should be better. I'll be looking for other suppliers in the future to order my supplements from.

Honestly, I would not have place the order order I made had I known the stuff would have been on back order. Even when it did get in stock the shipment took way too long, especially because I was told it would be expedited due to the late order. Never coming back again.
