My Supplment store
Had to wait too long for product...after sending out.....i had to wait another week...after product had a week already...Very Poor.

Hi Philip - I looked into why this order took so long. I noticed you purchased a product on Saturday, Sept 17th, so we received your order on Monday (we are closed on the weekend). The product you ordered ships out in 1-2 business days. This is why it didn't ship out until Sept 21st. 95% of our products ship out same day, but because you purchased an item that doesn't ship out for 1-2 business days, it took a little while longer to receive. Sorry about the confusion.

Unacceptable
Claimed to have a product in stock and would ship that day before 2 PM. Contacted them 2 days later to find out they still didn't have the product in and obviously nothing had shipped. Then it took multiple attempts to finally get confirmation on the order cancellation and refund. Will not be ordering from here

Shipping
It took 13 days for the product to get to me when it should be 6 business days. The product is great, I've been a customer for almost a year but the shipping sucks!

Hi Michael - This was due to the 3rd party shipper of the bulk protein. Usually this company is great with getting orders out, but with you order, it was delayed through them so it did take much longer. We do not ship out the bulk protein directly from our warehouse, which is why the longer wait times. We do apologize for this. We are looking into stocking more bulk proteins in the future to help cut down the wait time.

Shipping took too long
I will not order again trough this websit due to the extreme length of time it took to deliver the two orders I placed a day apart. You emailed me today offering 15% off I let you know honestly what you could do to improve your website and increase revenue but you ignore my advice and go on here to discredit my review. Well I want to say you are wrong! You state the order was placed on the 18thth Monday and shipped the next day so 19th 20 21 22 25 monday the 25th is 5 business days. The order dos not come in time. Also the same is true for my second order I placed 24 hrs later. Nice attempt to cover up a horrible shipping time that was longer than what the website stated. You guys are a joke. Go to any other supp store in the world and receive it in not only the time they stated but less than 6 business days. Cheers

Hi Alex - I looked into your last order. Looks like you placed it on Monday at 6pm (after our cut off time), so we shipped it out the next morning. It was delivered on the 26th, which was the 5th business day. While normally it wouldn't take this long, we do state to allow up to 5 business days from when we ship it out.

Product was damaged and old
I ordered 2 tubes of the dust extreme pre workout. When I received them both of the seals were cracked and the powder was no longer powder it was rock. I emailed customer service 4 times in last 2 weeks and I've not received any response. This will be the last time I order from my supplement store. The last two products I've ordered have been crap. It sucks.

Order was marked as shipped. Shipping label sent, however never came. After four emails the company stated one of the products was out of stock and to call them.

Third week waiting
Worst supplement store I ever purchased from online, it's now going on my Third week and I'm still waiting for my packages to arrive. Will not order from this place again.

Hi Nick - We just received this package back. Looks like USPS said the address you gave was undeliverable and just returned it to us. We don't know this kind of thing happens until we get it back. We will be emailing you about your incorrect address today.
