Do not trust the website, call first. Make sure that they have the supplements before you make your purchase. We been waiting for a stack for the past 2 weeks and still nothing.

We do apologize about this. We had a bug on our website not updating stacks. The Brutal 4ce product you ordered has been back order for about a month now, but it finally coming in next week.

I never recieved the product I ordered, its been well over 16 days and I have sent them 2 emails regarding the order, its been over 3 days, never received any reply. This company is BS with no good customer service like cmon Im really frustrated man PLEASE REPLY GODAMMIT AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING OR REFUND MY MONEY. Thank you. Product received in good order. Did not discuss any aspects of product with customer service before or after taking. There were NO label precautions regarding side effects or age. I have not experienced similar side effects with other "enhancements" and have no doctor's restrictions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Took two 40 mins apart. Experienced gastro-intenstinal bloating and sweating. Which lasted well past the "act" Took two separate doses of buttermilk to attempt to lessen the side effects, which lasted most of the night. Next day was a wash out day. Really trying to decide if I should try again with just one! Bit on the unexpected side!

I don't think that this review applies to MSS as I have never had any issues with them on any other products that I have bought from them. I believe my bulk protein was shipped from a secondary supplier. I bought a 10 lbs. bag of bulk protein. When it arrived it had a gash in the side of the bag and some of the contents had spilled out in to the box. The bag was packed in this condition because there were no holes in the box and I opened the box with just my hands. I probably would not have been concerned except that there was a black residue on the bag and on some of the protein in the bag. I sent an email with pictures to the contact person named on the receipt but never received a reply. Not knowing if the bag was contaminated, I threw it away. I will still purchase my other supplements through MSS but I doubt that I will purchase my bulk protein from them because of the experience.

Ordered a product that should have been here last week. Looks like they dropped the ball on shipping it out in the first place, yet never had the courtesy to contact me to explain their error. Will not be purchasing through them again.

Hi Rachel, According to tracking your package was shipped out the morning after you placed your order and delivered on the 16th (3 days after you ordered). If we wouldn't have shipped it out, we would have contacted you. 9405510200881306603418 - Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 3:17 pm on February 15, 2017 in BRISTOL, CT 06010. If you don't receive your package, please contact us and then we can look into it. Also, try contacting your local post office to see if they had any issues on their end. Ordered a preworkout supplement on the site and paid through paypal. Received shipment email stating it was processed and shipped out and then the next day received another email that my account will be refunded. The company did not notify me of the order not being able to be filled nor communicate the item was out of stock. Poor communication and on hand inventory on site.

On January 10th, we emailed you this: "The BioRhythm Pre-Glow that you ordered on Jan 9th is currently back ordered thru the manufacturer with no estimated time of arrival. At this time we will be cancelling and refunding this order. Please allow 7 to 10 Business days for the funds to reflect back onto your acct. We do deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding this matter."
