Hi - We saw your email this morning. Please, before writing us a negative review, just contact us so we can look into it for you. Your order has a product with 1,3 DMAA, which may be illegal in your country, and possibly was caught up by customs. But we will be unsure until we look into it. One of our customer service staff will be contacting you today.

Ordered a supplement and never received a confirmation for my order. When I contacted them they told me my order had been cancelled and yet they still took my money. They told me it would be refunded after a few days and it never was. Horrible customer service, highly recommend NOT using this website, will never use again

On September 6th, 2016 I wrote a review complaining about the slow shipment. Turns out 7 months later, shipment is still slow if not slower. The products I purchased says "Ships out in 1-2 days". Order was placed Wednesday morning, April 5th at 8:51AM their time and package was not delivered until nearly two weeks later on April 17th. It will be hard to do business with the company again when they can't keep true to their words of shipping out products on time.

Due to it shipping to Mexico, it can take longer to get through customs. You ordered without tracking, so we are unable to track it. If you don't receive it by the end of the week, please contact us and we can see if we can get more information.

Hi Mohamed, Why are you calling us scammers? You just ordered on Friday. The stock status for the product you ordered said "Ships Out in 1-2 Business Days". Went to this store because I saw they had good reviews. I order large quantities of supplements a year and have been looking for an outlet that has good customer service and speedy delivery time. The site said they were in stock with a shipment, and I expected my $500 of supplements to arrive this week. I emailed them wondering why I didn't get an email tracking code. A few days from my order date they respond they were out of stock and that it's still going to take more time to get delivered. Who knows how long it will be until I receive my supplements I ordered and if it will take another few days to receive an email. If you are looking to not wait weeks to get your order; I would order from the direct site or from another site. I'm giving them 1 star because even their email response had a hint of sarcasm and disrespect. Taking my business elsewhere next time. Shane M. Barry
