Hi, It shipped out slightly late as you did order a product that was out of stock. We did ship as soon as it came back into stock. I looked into tracking for you and it was delivered 5 days ago on Aug 30th: Your item arrived at FPO, AE 09363 on August 30, 2017 at 8:44 am Your tracking number is 9405510200883531708401 You may want to check with where packages are delivered to ask them for it. Been over 5 days UPS shows order hasn't …
Been over 5 days UPS shows order hasn't even been processed to be shipped.Unacceptable. I will not use this company again.

Hi Paul - We do apologize. I think we explained that we started moving over that time and all orders were delayed with shipping out. We offered you 15% off your order, but you requested a refund, which we gave you. Again...this was a rare occurrence, as we were moving our entire warehouse, offices and building a new store.

Hi - Our 3rd party monitoring system flagged your order as fraud, which is why it wasn't shipped. You were not charged either. Sorry for the confusion.

Order SEVERELY delayed -- Still haven't received it
I ordered Aug 3 2017. I sent them email confirming the address, they confirmed imy shipping address. I received tracking number the next day, Aug 4 2017. Tracking almost every week. Still no update from UPS. On Aug 22 2017 ( Singapore Time) I sent email to customer support (as per their contact details) inquiring about my order, no reply (although they said wait 1-2 business days for reply). On Aug 24 2017, I sent an inquiry to UPS and they said -- " Please note, at the moment all the details we have available for this shipment, is the billing information provided by the shipper on 08/3/17. As up to now the package has not been handed over to us. Once the shipment gets handed over to us, the transit information will be automatically updated and the package will be transferred over to your local Postal authorities; according with the service level selected by the shipper they will complete the delivery." Same day, Aug 24 2017, sent an email to customer support (as per their contact details) regarding UPS reply. Not really sure what happened with my order. I just think it's been too long already.

Hi Chris - On our website, we do state with the shipping method you chose, it can take up to 21 business days. And the products you ordered state ships out in 1-2 business days. Since you ordered on the 2nd, and it shipped out on the 4th, it has been around 15 business days, so it can take longer. There should be no customs issues with your order, so you should receive it sometime next week. Sorry for the communication, but on our website we do state we are moving our office and warehouse this week. We are finally back up and running with customer service today. If you emailed us, they should get back to you today or tomorrow, we are just behind because of the 4 days of moving. Hope this better explains it.

Hi Robert - We looked into this order for you. It was placed on Saturday, the 8th and shipped out on Monday, the 10th. It has been 11 business days and we do state with your shipping method you chose it can take longer. It's in route, so you should have it soon.

Hi - It looks to be held up in customs right now. You did order a product illegal in your country. We would recommend calling your customs office and/or local post office and reference tracking number LX215556064US as they are the last carriers with this package.

Hi Nyah, We did give you a $25 refund on your order because of this. As we informed you, this was a problem with the shipping service. The amount of time it took it not common and very rare. We ship 100's of orders each day, and unfortunately this happens from time to time with whatever shipper we use. We are trying to work with USPS to see why this happened with your order. According to tracking, you are getting your package as it is on the way, but we are going to find out why it took them so long for delivery. Thank you, The Best Price Nutrition Team
