I ordered stuff worth of 130 Usd from my supplement store , i am a regular buyer from US but for the very first time i think this company has made the fool out of me it has been more than a month there is no sign of my order. I requested this information they replied by saying its an international order you should have requested tracked service. I explained to them that this option was not available alongside paypal option at the time of check out, I even had a chat with their online agent and he told me sorry this option is not available. However I ordered and for the first time and they took my money and I never got my delivery. Which I was expecting for the last one month. Ny gym exercise routine got badly affected and their customer service level is extremely poor . Can you please guide me what shall i do as i cant let them get away with my money which s 130 Us Dollars . Regards ,
