Unfortunately the product I was looking for was out of stock and my order was canceled-the service from this website is excellent though! I will continue to search their site in hopes they reorder Isology vanilla in the 5 lb tub!

So although I did experience some issues with my delivery, I do think I was one of the rare cases where issues do arise. I have been contacted very promptly by a representative apologizing and also including a care package for the confusion. I think it is very admirable to have a company display sympathy and redeem themselves the way they did. Customer service has now earned itself 4 stars! The advertisement for this product suggested that this literature product involving hearing loss reversal would be appropriate for all hearing loss patients. After reading the handout, I discovered that there is no available treatment to help with sensorineural hearing loss, which is the type of hearing loss that I have. I felt that this information should have been disclosed in the initial advertisement, and I was mis-guided into believing that this product may benefit me. It would not help me, and so I am requesting my money back which was guaranteed in the purchase agreement.
