Hi Gina - We would recommend checking with customs in your country. You chose economy International shipping, which doesn't include tracking, so we are unable to see where your package is. Please let us know what you find out.

The products I ordered said they were in stock and most of the time ship out the same day. I purchased these for my son and had high hope that he would get them right away. A whole week after my purchase and I hadn't gotten any news of what was going on with them. I called customer service and they said they had just received the product and would be shipped it out that day. It took another week for them to arrive by USPS. Poor communication! Way to long shipping time. Rinky dink operations. If you want to know where your product is and how long it will take to get to you then buy your products elsewhere. Very unhappy with my experience!

Hi Dr. Sheila De Lisle, We looked into your order and actually the Eradicate was Out of Stock when you placed your order. You may have missed it, as the other product you ordered was In Stock. This is why your order was delayed in shipping. Because of issues like this where customers do not see the Out of Stock status (not visible enough), we are changing the website to make it much more clear before a customer orders, plus a follow-up email stating this will be sent to the customer as well. This should help with this type of confusion. We have been in business since 2002 and take customer feedback seriously. This is why we are going to make this change. I bough some producst and received a track code, after 20 days i tracked on website and disvered that the item wasnt send, i looked after the chat and someone treat me bad, left me talking alone and closed the conversation, i didnt get any info about my order, after ask on facebook i got some feedback, the itens wasn't send and i lost my time(20 days) now i have to bought on another website, mysupplemenstore just lost a client, i like the prices but this can't happen.

HI Elvis, I looked into this for you. Looks like you did order a product that stated it was out of stock. You ordered over Thanksgiving weekend, which is why you didn't hear from us for about 4 days. When you order a product that states Out of Stock, we are not sure when it will be back in stock. We noticed that you did cancel the order, and we refunded you. We do apologize about the confusion. We have noticed many customers not seeing the Out of Stock status, which is why we are going to be updating our website to ensure things like this don't happen again.
