Incorrect item was shipped to me
Incorrect item was shipped to me. I was told the warehouse personnel made the mistake and item should be re-package and returned. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Since this was your problem either the correct should be shipped to me or i should receive a refund credit. I emailed a message to your company stating this...no response back.

My supplement store had a Memorial Day sale
My supplement store had a Memorial Day sale so I ordered a lot of stuff. The label was created on 5/30 and it's 6/9 and I still haven't received my order. This is my first time ordering through this website and it's very disappointing. They didn't even pack my order until about a week after my purchase I'm also missing an item that they never told me about By far the WORST experience I've ever had buying supplements! I will never buy from My Supplement Store again!

Hi there. I do apologize for the delay however according to the tracking, it was delivered on June 22nd. We were extremely backed up during that time due to staffing issues, so we were doing our best to get orders out as fast as we could. Again, I do apologize for the experience you had.

We do apologize about this. You ordered last Friday and it just shipped out today. This is something we have been working on. The issue has been getting staff for our warehouse. I am forwarding this to the owner and will be reaching out to you through email.

Hi - Looks like it is at customs. You can see this with your tracking number. You may want to contact them. This product states it has DHEA, which looks to be restricted in your country after doing some research online. You may want to reach out to customs though and see if it is available to pick up.

Never updated shipping info. I bet you didn't even ship the package out until I had to email your company. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

We do apologize about the delay with this order. Blackstone Labs has been having a lot of issues with keeping products in stock. We used to get shipments twice per week. While you may not want to order with us again (I totally understand), I will be sending you a coupon code for another order.

Hi - We are sorry you are feeling this way. Looks like you purchased two fat burners. One if the highest level of ephedra, and both have high levels of caffeine. We sell over 100 bottles of each a day, and most don't have issues, but fat burners don't always agree with everyone. I would recommend trying to take whichever one you did with food, or try the other one instead. Hope that helps.
