First of all I thou this website ship 2-5days! However I got my order almost 3 weeks and I have to call them to ask about it and when I did they said “oh I’m sorry that brand got backorder so I ask why no one email me or let me know I waited for tracking number and nothing so I called to see where’s my order I pay 71$ and I was expecting it to be here on time bc I have a transformation workout that I’m doing. Anyways I called and a Lady answer told me that it backorder etc. but they got it she was nice enough to give me 10%off and TOLD ME she going to send it tomorrow and give me some examples due to delay , so I was happy bc she took care of me. BUT I waited other week so I called again and a Guy answer and his responed was “ Oh I’m sorry about that but the brand that you order won’t be here until Friday ‘ I talk to the lady on Wednesday!!!. I’m kinda upset at this point so he told me he the last person I talk to put my order priorities mail which is aswsome! I’m just kinda upset for all the discommunication on your staff. However my preworkout and my Pump I got Was AMAZING!!!!!- DUST But I will not order again on this website.

Package said it was delivered but it is know where to be found!!!!

Wrong product delivered and took over a month to get here. Just awful

Worst experience with a online supplement store. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, a rep emails me about having a flavor out of stock and I tell her the new flavors. I follow up with a phone call 5 days after I placed my order and I state the same thing I said in the email. 3 weeks have passed and I reach out to them again regarding my order. They tell me the same thing, a flavor I chose is out of stock! Extremely bad customer service and I wouldn't order with them even if they have a flavor that you might want, because it looks like they dont update they're website.

I never got my order. I asked where my order was and got 3 generic emails saying they were working on my order only to find out months later the product was unavailable when I placed my order. Still have not gotten a refund.

Every time i place an order the item i out of stock. They never contact me to inform me i have to always go through emails or a call to find out.

The order was cancelled by a third party and there was no option of placing the order. Contacting the customer service did not alleviate the situation either. It is a shame, they do not react and they do not provide a proper solution.
