Probably this dealer is great for US customers. Absolutely NOT FOR EUROPEAN. My order is still blocked by customs since 3 weeks (at this time I'm 99% sure I'll never get it). And it was a very small order (1 single product). Then.. I had bought 2 items but they told me they didn't receive the payment for one of them, EVEN IF THE PAYMENT APPEARS IN MY BANK MOVEMENTS LIST. My experience has been AWFUL. NEVER AGAIN.

Website is easy to navigate and a decent selection of products at a reasonable price. Ordering was simple enough and arrived quickly but little if any results with products. Used for roughly a month and will finish over next month.

Ho fatto un ordine tre mesi fa ma ad oggi non ho ancora nulla. A richiesta di informazioni si nascondono dietro alla dogana italiana ma mi sorge spontanea una domanda, se sanno di non poter vendere prodotti in Italia per quale motivo incassano e spediscono ugualmente? Purtroppo si tratta di venditas illegale senza rimborso ATTENZIONE!!!

Not what I ordered and bad taste. I ordered from My Supplement Store, but received a product from BFD Nutrition. The bag of protein pictured on mysupplementstore's website is different than what I received. I ordered from here because I DIDN'T want a product from BFD, as it seems they have recently changed their formulation. I had been ordering unflavored whey protein from BFD for almost a decade, but the last batch I received tasted horrible. Now I have several bags of the same terrible tasting protein. My husband has tried to get in contact with BFD recently about our dissatisfaction with their product, but they haven't responded to his emails. My supplement store/BFD (apparently the same company) might have the cheapest protein powder, but I'd say spending a little more money is worth it for a higher quality product and better customer service.
