Really good focus. will feel it within 5 mins. I won't take it later than 6:30pm. When I take it later than that it makes it hard to sleep at night. will constantly wake up at night, but will feel rested(kinda annoying). Taste: bad.. it has a Medicine after taste, but will get somewhat better once you start getting used to it. Price: somewhat expensive compare to serving size. will definitely buy again
