Had to pay an extra £16 customs charge to receive parcel at this end. Already a pretty expensive item to purchase

Selected 2nd day air for it to ship 2 business days then see it's coming in 5 business days wth man.

We waited 11 days before the 2 items we…
We waited 11 days before the 2 items we ordered were ever shipped. We had to email to see what was going on. Company did not reach out to us to make us aware of the delay. Very frustrating! The items we purchased are available on many sites, we will choose another place to buy these from in the future due to long ship time and lack of communication.

I have not received my order after 4 weeks. I have tried to track the order but nobody is interested to respond to my request I feel I have wasted my money by trusting this company and the reviews

Hello there! Sorry you still haven't received your package! According to the database, your package has been in Italy, your country, since October 18th. I would suggest contacting your post office as it has been out of the USA for quite sometime. Please let us know!
