I called to order 6 Now brand 52oz jars of coconut oil but you only had 3 in stock. The lady I talked to on the phone said it would be 2 weeks before you would have more in stock. I did order the 3 jars from you and the other 3 from another company.

This product has been pretty popular and we ran out, which is why we could only ship out 3 bottles.

Shipping was fast and convient and I was able to speak to a live person unlike some companies is a machine. I dont know of the results of the product yet ive been reading it takes one week to start feeling it but it has been one week today 10-5-15 so we will see the remaining weeks of the cycle.

I recently ordered a product and the bill was $99.00 and the person who took my order by phone refused to give me the $10 discount. I placed an order last fall and it was for the same amount and I was given the $10 discount.

Hi, We do not have any normal $10 off discounts all year round. Looks like you purchased last year, and what probably happened was you received an email for a special sale we were having. These sales are not year round, or during certain times of the year. I hope that this makes sense. Expect another good sale coming up around Labor Day ;-)

I ordered from Mysupplementstore as opposed my regular online retailer because of price and shipping. 5-7 business days for shipping was what was advertised. I had my order shipped to the place I was out of town during that time. However it was received 9 business days later. At this point I was already back home. So had to get it shipped again to me at home. This pretty much negated anything I had saved using this retailer. Just a bummer.

Hi Stephanie, I wanted to apologize about the delay. It is very rare that we run out of stock on Trutein, but it happened. We did email everyone about the delay, but it took more days to get it in that first thought. Because of this, I have refunded you an extra 10% of your purchase price...and that's on top of the coupon you used. Please accept our apology for that delay in shipping. Thank you, The MySupplementStore.com Team

I'm pleased with how fast they shipped, but I had a problem with working an exchange for an item. I emailed but never heard back from them.

Hi, I do apologize about not getting back to you through email. It's always best to call or chat with us live through the website. Sometimes emails get caught up in our SPAM filters and we never see them. This might have happened this time. I am glad you received your package quickly and hope that you will order with us again in the future.

no samples???!?! I don't understand why the company would think its a good idea to not send anything that would have me try other products that they sell... will be using a different site next time as result. PLus after reviewing other sites this one was the most expensive for the [product I bought so I should have never used them again in the first place.
Response from My Supplement StoreJun 25, 2015
Hi, we understand your concern. We are actually building a system now where you not only get samples, you get to choose the specific samples that you want to be added to your order. And the more you spend, the more samples you get to choose from. I expect it to be ready by the end of the next month. As for pricing, we try to be the cheapest, especially with all orders over $50 being shipped free, but we know we are not always the cheapest. If you find a price cheaper, please contact us and we can see if we can price match it for you.

The layout of the website could use some work, but it is still a somewhat pleasant experience. My reason for the 3 star review is due to shipping costs, they are very high. I ordered $150 in supplements and had to pay another $15 for ground shipping. This needs to be addressed.

Hi John, can you email us at [email protected] with your order number? We offer free shipping on orders over $50, so you shouldn't have been charged shipping unless you upgraded or ordered outside the country.
