I was very happy when I received the product but very disappointed when I opened the containers. They were not properly sealed and anyone can easily open them and close them or easily get in to them. I almost wanted to send them back because I did not trust drinking them. I just hope something can be done about that because I would like to keep ordering each time I need them and not worry about it being opened by someone else. Or wonder if I will be drinking something other than what I ordered. Thanks

It took my order two weeks to arrive. I guess one of my items was out of stock, however they never notified me, so my order sat for almost two weeks until it was finally shipped. Poor communication and customer service. I ordered with the expectation from the website "ships same day with 3-5 day shipping". Didn't happen not sure I'll order from here again or if I do I'll make sure to allow plenty of time as I was out of my supplements for a while until I finally received my order.

i received protein in a couple of days.(excellent) But still waiting for creatine. Was as emailed 1/12/16 by representative stating brand i ordered was out of stock but would send another brand. It's now 1/19/16.

Not enough time to get to know the item ordered and be able to return due to return policy. Doubt I order again from this store.

Love the website and prices, it was a great experience when I bought my supplements, but one of them was out of stock even that the website allow me to do my transactions with out any warning, that's when my nightmares started. I paid second days air shipments for nothing bcoz my order arrived one week and few days later and to solved this problem I called the company and one of the most nasty girl answer, she fixed with attitude after that I have to wait the period of time of one week and few days. Hope this won't happen again. Thanks

Good pricing on protein supplements, but when your run out of protein and have to wait 6 business days for shipment to CA it gets frustrating. Please don't follow the trend in using Smartpost or Surepost. Will buy from Amazon prime if this happens

Terrible shipping. Also bad attitude when I questioned their speed.

Very slow in receiving my order. Other companies have benter shipping. Please work on it for my future orders. Promptness is very important in my orders.
