Good service

First time to purchase in the website and I wasn’t disappointed. Keep it up!

My order was never received so I called and they investigated it. No one ever called me back with he results. I called a second time and was given a tracking number of a replacement order. Better communication with customer would be nice.

It is a reliable and safe webstore. I am happy with my purchasings. However, the website needs to some improvements. Search options, categories etc. are not convenient to find things.

I will give 7/10 score point. If companies give more information have to use right his products and how combination with other products for best result. It should be a good idea to have a separate division, which kind of training (strength, running, endurance or weight gain), for the selection of a product group / set, it would be good for beginners. When there are no products available individually, but there is a complete set of products for each type of training, you get expert help for the best result. P.s Sorry for my english.
