It took at least a week longer to recieve my shipment from this website compared to bestpricenutrition.com.

When you placed your order, it stated "Ships Out in 2-3 Business Days". This was due to it being a brand new product. Usually when you place an order, it ships out same day, but this was was on a back order status. We do apologize for the confusion, but this is why the order took longer to deliver.

Placed my order however it was canceled because one of the items was out of stock. Wished they would have contacted me about an alternative instead of just canceling it. Not sure if I would order from them again in the future.

We do apologize. We did try contacting you about the one product being out of stock, which is why the delay. Normally you would have received your product within 2-5 business days. Again we really apologize for the delay you experienced.

The supplements that mysupplementstore offers are great. However, the shipping is poor quality. Some of that is to blame for usps but this last order I purchased took longer than expected. Tracking number showed invalid when I clicked on the link. Not too happy that my order took longer than the usual 2-6 days for the company to ship it out.

We do apologize about the delay...there was an issue during transit. We are looking into offering more shipping options so you have more choice is how it ships!

Its hit and miss with this company. Either they can be really good and no problems or you could be waiting 2 plus weeks for a product.

I have ordered from mysupplements.com several times because of their competitive pricing and good product selection. Overall I am happy with the service but disappointed with their shipping rates. The minimum shipping rate for a small 1 item package is $34.99 US ($47.00 Canadian) and this is through USPS and does not include duty or taxes when it is received in customs....where they usually charge an additional 13%. So you are often paying more in shipping and delivery than you are in the product which is unfortunate.

Hi Matt - We will be updating our shipping options by the end of August. I would expect the shipping rates to Canada to be cut by 75% or more which should make it much more affordable. We are getting some great rates and working them into the new website now :-)
