Ordered 4 boxes of florajen 3 probiotics. Package clearly states keep refrigerated. Which you would hope that they would know. Have ordered from 3 other companies over the years and they are always packaged in a box with ice. Nope not here. Bubble wrap envelope. But hey is only 98 degrees outside. Throwing away as i am sure its lost a bit of potency.

Terrible experience. This is the 2nd time it has happened and I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time. I ordered over 6 weeks ago from a promotional email. There was no notice of a product not being available and they immediately accepted payment. Now I'm stuck with nothing and won't be returning to this site for any kind of purchase in the future.

Web site said "available and ready to ship" so i ordered. A week goes by and no word, no update, no email, no call... so I decide to call and check. I was told one of my items was not available and that's why my order did not ship. Why say its available if it's not? Why no ship the item that was available? Why not notify the customer something was wrong, why did I have to call?

They advertised an item that they did not have in stock. Other merchants admitted to that on their web pages, but My Supplement Store did not. I did not receive my order for over a month, so I contacted my credit card company for a refund.

They never told me they were out of stock in an item I ordered. Then I had trouble getting a hold of a customer rep to figure out why my package never showed up...after a month I finally did, and he was very helpful and gave me a refund. But it was a hassle

Took two weeks just for them to ship it out.

haven’t recieved it and i’ve sent 5 emails over the course of the last 2 weeks and nobody even responds to them. horrible experience

They didn’t have the items I originally ordered. Waited multiple weeks to let me know what was going on. It’s now been right at a month and still haven’t received my items
