El producto tardo un tiempo en llegar. Escribi a la empresa y me contesto inmediatamente Elsie, explicando los plazos. Es verdad que el producto tardo más de lo que habían indicado cuando lo compré, pero las dos veces que contacté con Elsie me atendió perfectamente, y me indico un enlace para poder seguir el envío del producto.

Myspotifyplaque is a SCAM. They advertised a 3D Action figure with an accessory and sent what amounts to a luggage tag. They didn’t even replicate the photo properly AND added hidden costs of $6.98 for nonsense

Ordering here was the worst decision, it’s been over a month and my order still hasn’t arrived. Even communicating this is very unhelpful. I will never buy from here again.

Her response was prompt and explained my order status in detail, with evidence. This proves to me that she is well-versed in the products and services being offered. Good customer service like this with a human approach is the reason why I kept doing business with the company.

Creating something so personal and heartfelt. So many options It's different from all the other personalized items I've received in the past. When I got it, I cried. So beautiful. It's one of the most special and meaningful gifts I've ever given. The quality is incredible I highly recommend. Honestly. Thank you so much

Horrible from the start was promised by a certain day . Came 2 weeks later. Was put together poorly seems like glued on a flimsy piece of cardboard which was bent. Was missing the figures which was titled museum of us . The whole concept was to look like a museum with figures looking at the photos like they were works of art. But guess what no people. I could have did better by gluing photos in a shadow box and spend less then the $70 I paid. Will definitely never order from here again.
