The item came very quickly. They proof checking process was also very good. They sent you an example and if there were any changes they made them quickly. I gave two stars because the final product is terrible. Its flat. Which could have been my misunderstanding. It looks 3D in the images. I thought the desciption said 3D... I expected a little toy figure.The received product looks like it was printed off a printer and laminated. Its not crisp. The fake package lines are blurry. I equate it to someone having a bad photo, taking it to a print shop and printing off of a photo copy. Its for father's day and my son was very disappointed. I really wish it was better.

Card came and my son’s face is hidden by the writing on the card, I didn’t understand why they didn’t move the photo up more (it was a Pokémon style one). Emailed them to see if we can get a new one so you can see my child’s face and no reply, chased up twice and nothing. Poor customer service

Chose the more expensive rang for one of the products and the sound is not clear at all. Other item the photo I sent doesn’t reflect the cartoon image so my son was very disappointed.

I give them 1 star for being a real company with a customer service and 1 star for actually sending me a replacement item. Unfortunately both the original broken item and the replacement will be going in the trash. I purchased a refrigerator magnet plaque with a wedding picture and anniversary date with our first dance song. The original item has a huge “X” crack in it. I spoke with customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement item I received had the entirely wrong date for our wedding. As in wrong month, wrong day, and wrong year! To add insult to injury they also adjusted the picture and calendar placement and put the (incorrect) month right over my face!

The pictures are low quality at best. Grainy, you can hardly see image. Low quality paper wheel gets caught in viewfinder. Not the best. Bummer.

As per the website it states that delivery will take 7-9 days I ordered my plaque for my dad on the 6th of November it is now the 4th of December and it still hasn’t arrived. I also sent an email to the customer service email and received no response If this does not come by next week I will be contacting my bank and getting my money back by reporting this as fraud! Do not trust this company and buy a Spotify plaque from another company

I was very sceptical about this store but had already placed my order before i even saw the reviews, which was something i shouldve done first. Delivery was fine, it arrived in 2 weeks but the product itself was disappointing. it had scratches on the plaque and it just looks dirty. not worth the money.... and its so expensive! im pretty sure other stores do it for cheaper and better.
