The first thing i ordered came out TERRIBLE and looked nothing like the person I was ordering the gift for. It was for my dad for Father’s Day and what they sent me looked nothing whatsoever like the picture it was an embarrassment and I couldn’t have ever given it to him. So I wrote customer service and was pretty upset given the price tag of the item and that it was a gift I couldn’t give him now. Customer service did reach back out to me and offer me a quarter of my money back or a whole new item. I obv picked a new item rather get back like nothing. I sent them a new picture and they made me a new one that actually looked like 80% better than the junk they originally sent. So I will say customer service is great at this company. It was great they gave me a new item it just stunk that I couldn’t give it to my dad on Fathers Day Very happy with the new item. That is why I gave 3 stars. They did rectify it but I shouldn’t have ever been sent such junk to begin with.

While the customer service is very helpful and quick, the product quality is very poor. First time I purchased, it came with no protective film on the front and had numerous scratches and chips in it. I asked for a replacement and still had to pay for the shipping fee even after I paid for faster shipping in the first one. The next order still had no protective film on the front and had scratches. I advise everyone to be very careful from ordering here as the quality is very dodgy. Thankfully, the second order to come quicker than expected :).

The package arrived damaged and the frame inside was broken. I’m really disappointed, as I expected better packaging and protection for such a fragile item.

The picture on it was not clear and the song I chose didn't work. But love how the case and stand look. Just wish what I order was just as good.

The product was delivered in good condition and codes were working as intended. The quality was okay for the price, the keychains looked like they might fall of the holder and the metal looks easily scratched.

The plaque arrived pretty quickly although I didn’t get an email saying it was shipped or any tracking information. The plaque was a little blurry with a few scratches. Also I wish the words on the plaque were bigger so they could be seen easier at a distance. Overall a decent product and a nice little gift.

I ordered this a month ago and didn't get any emails to confirm my purchase, I genuinely thought it was a scam until today when they arrived out of nowhere. I pulled the plastic protector off the back (which is very obvious) then thought it was super scratched and damaged on the front. IT WAS NOT, there's more plastic on the front of it that needs to be pulled off (its kinda hard) and once its off they look amazing. 10/10 would recommend them just would have been better if it didn't look like a scam at first.
