Doesn’t look anything like it did on the website

The plaque arrived pretty quickly although I didn’t get an email saying it was shipped or any tracking information. The plaque was a little blurry with a few scratches. Also I wish the words on the plaque were bigger so they could be seen easier at a distance. Overall a decent product and a nice little gift.

If i would have the chance to give zero star that would have been my choice. Not only they are unprofessional but they try to be smart by insulting the customer intelligence. I have ordered a plaque since 26th of January and after many emails, chasing them every day, they decided to ship it out on 7th of February. Even though their policy is 5-8 days maximum. I even asked them to have a speed up process, confirmed from their side that they would do so and ended up to be shipped even later then the usual timeframe. Before they shipped the plaque I requested them the cancellation of the order as it was them braking the T&C and they said let the order come and we’ll compensate. I’m still fighting with them for the compensation as they are trying their best to insult even more the customer with what they offer. Be prepared for arrogance manners especially if you will receive email reply for Skye. Don’t even want to think what the quality will be reading all this reviews here. I have paid full insurance, thing that they haven’t noticed in my order as their arrogance is shooting to the roof and i will claim that as well if the quality will be disaster like their customer service.

They’re really nice, trustworthy people to do business with.
