Ordered a keychain and it was completely scratched and is literally blue instead of clear so I can’t even see the image. Genuinely don’t even know how that happens

The Taylor Swift plaque I ordered had many scratches inside the actual plastic its made off. They offered 20% back as they said they can't re sell it to another customer. How they expect to re sell to another customer when its all scratched. Very poor quality and serviice. I paid a total $55.93 AUD including delivery.

The quality is good. The assistance is patient & well-explaining the doubts related to the product. Loved it.

Highly recommend!! I order 2 Spotify keychains. One for myself in the states and one to got my girlfriend in Australia. Both got to us in less than 2 weeks, items is clear and photo I add looks great. And it's actually bigger than I thought it would.

Today I got my order and, as stated in the title, it was great. The product itself was very nice, the package seemed very safe. The spotify code worked as intended and all additional products (wooden stand, lamp and a gift box) were ok too. The only problem with the product itself was that I found a small crack on one of the glass plaques. But the process of getting my order was not so great. I ordered my products and wanted to check them on my profile in the "Processing" tab. It didn't work and doesn't to this day. So I had to look for another way to track my order because I also didn't receive a confirmation email (even though I was informed I would get it at the end of the payment process). Eventually, I found a "Track order" button at the top of the website. I entered my email and was relieved to see that my order was received and in production. 3 days later, I got an update saying "Order sent to carrier" but that was the last update on the official website. This last update was posted 10 days before the product actually arrived. So, after a few days of getting this update, I got worried and wrote to the support for help. One member of the support team directed me to a tracking website and gave me an id number which I used on the said website and luckily I got to see where my product was. After that, I just used the tracking website until the order arrived. There were no other problems after that. Overall, I give 4 stars. If I could, I would give 3 and a half stars. I would take one star for the problems with the tracking and the site, and half a star for the small crack. I lean to 4 stars because of the great support team which helped me very quickly and effectively multiple times. Just fix the website and handle tracking info better and you deserve 5 stars.

I contacted customer support because their field inputs and the mockup preview did not match. They gave no proper response besides it should work. What do you know! It didn’t work. I ordered and put the song title in field one and the artist in field two like it says to. Now it just arrived and they’re in the wrong order. What a stupid looking gift. Useless. Now I have to try find the email receipt that I don’t think they ever sent.

The plaque feels to be of incredibly high quality. And the sound wave design can actually be felt, which is super cool. And it works exactly as it’s supposed to. No problems what so ever

This made such a great gift! I was a little confused and didn’t know about the plastic film but after that it was amazing!
