The end result is fantastic! It made my partner cry when he received it as a gift. It is really well made, and came quite quickly after ordering.

Great company wonderful customer support purchased two items from the website they came out beautifully will continue to order from this company in the future

Excellent customer service! I received the product, a musical fridge magnet and it did not play. The response to my email was prompt, polite and helpful. Sara not only expedited a replacement to be sent but, as time had now passed, re-directed it to the intended recipient (who I had originally planned to send it to). In so doing, she ensured it would be there for Christmas. I am very pleased with the service and love the product, beautifully presented.

Love it! Purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband and I’m sure he will love it as well. I will definitely be ordering more. Such a cool and special gift. 😊

I honestly was so surprised when they came, I got 2 for each of our kids and spouses with wedding songs, they are so nice sound quality is better than I imagined and photos are really nice, I would highly recommend these to anyone, thank you for these.

As per the website it states that delivery will take 7-9 days I ordered my plaque for my dad on the 6th of November it is now the 4th of December and it still hasn’t arrived. I also sent an email to the customer service email and received no response If this does not come by next week I will be contacting my bank and getting my money back by reporting this as fraud! Do not trust this company and buy a Spotify plaque from another company

Very easy to customize and order! Good quality and can’t wait to give it as a present for Christmas.

My beloved fur baby passed away a few weeks ago. I would sing Endless Love to her - it was our song. I picked a picture of me kissing her for my plaque and of course, our song. When I received my plaque and saw our picture and heard our song, memories of our special connection had me sobbing. My kids eyes were also filled with tears. Great memories for us.
