Received my order and half of the picture frame was missing .This was supposed to be a main gift for my fiance and 6 days before Christmas there is no way i can give it to her.Not to mention the frame is very poor quality. I would stay away from this company.

I received the product and honestly wasn’t happy with the look (looked like printed ran out of ink). They quickly reprinted and resent the product and it was perfect and exactly what I hoped for! They acknowledged and fixed the issue promptly with great customer service! Thanks again Vicki!

I received a magnet ordered as a holiday gift. I opened to check it out and noticed a scrape on one of the pictures. I emailed customer service and immediately received a response that they would send a replacement. It may or may not be here for the holidays, but I was extremely satisfied with their service and would order again in the future!

Super cute personalized refrigerator magnet. Shipping though took forever and tracking isn’t up to date. I would order again. Customer service was always responsive and as helpful as they could be seems they can’t see the tracking either.
