I love it! I wish I had the option to choose the color of the balls in the bottom.

Elsie was very responsive, friendly, and super helpful with my experience…she’s an awesome customer service representative.

I did the order two weeks before Father’s Day and chose the option for the fastest delivery. It’s more than a month later and haven’t received it yet.

The item was wrong but the customer service from Vicky was excellent

Father’s day gift arrived way past the date. Not as advertised at all! One of the balloon pumps arrived broken and the balloon doesn’t stay inflated for more than an hour. Stay away from this company.

The first thing i ordered came out TERRIBLE and looked nothing like the person I was ordering the gift for. It was for my dad for Father’s Day and what they sent me looked nothing whatsoever like the picture it was an embarrassment and I couldn’t have ever given it to him. So I wrote customer service and was pretty upset given the price tag of the item and that it was a gift I couldn’t give him now. Customer service did reach back out to me and offer me a quarter of my money back or a whole new item. I obv picked a new item rather get back like nothing. I sent them a new picture and they made me a new one that actually looked like 80% better than the junk they originally sent. So I will say customer service is great at this company. It was great they gave me a new item it just stunk that I couldn’t give it to my dad on Fathers Day Very happy with the new item. That is why I gave 3 stars. They did rectify it but I shouldn’t have ever been sent such junk to begin with.

the pictures they have are so misleading, they seem to be 3D while the item is not, it is mentioned in the description but i didnt notice - my bad of course - however the pictures they use seem 100% 3D. Even in 2D the quality of the picture is very poor

The product I ordered was not the product I received. I ordered a custom magic card to celebrate my husband for Father’s Day, instead I got a barely legible knock off. Looked like 2 sides of a slab of plastic were printed on. Do not recommend. However after days of communication I was finally able to receive a full refund back.
