I ordered a magnet for my husband for Valentine's day, it stopped working not long after he got it,so I reached out to see if they could replace it or refund it and they were so helpful and kind,to help me and send me a exact replacement for my magnet! I'm waiting for it to come still but greatful bc this was a very meaningful gift my husband actually cried when I gave it to him, it has our picture and our song from when we first met! We both live it our kids love it and customer service sara made it right and will be sending me a new one for us to hopefully cherish alot longer than we for from the first one I ordered 😂

The fridge beats magnet was sent as a gift and was truly an aww moment. The photo, quote and song was a big hit! Thank you for making this a memorable moment and gift!

They had a great customer service

I have never ordered from this company, and I did it on my phone. I wasn't sure if all my personalization had been processed as I had thought. I emailed your site and withing 15 min I had a detailed answer from Vicky, which showed my image of the product I have order and is exactly as I wanted, I appreciated this very much as I am flying up to the Northen Territory in 2 weeks and didn't want any delays in receiving this as I want to take it with me for my grandchild's birthday. Very understanding and professional

Vicky was amazing. My original order was damaged upon delivery. I absolutely sent an email to see how it can be resolved because my order was a gift & she responded with such grace & solution oriented. Although my gift was late it was well worth the wait. The remake was received exactly how I ordered it & I definitely will be ordering again. The quality of the wood & sound of my track was better than I expected for the price!
