The product was even better than advertised excited to add this to my desk. Pretty rare in today’s world you get such a good experience and product. Thank you

Highly recommended, beautiful, well worth money

After initially receiving a player that did not work, Grace helped me troubleshoot and, eventually, replace my player in full. She was a pleasure to work with and a great help. This gift was really important and I could tell it mattered to her as much as me to get this gift right.

Product is nice. first order got held up in L.A. and destroied, after I started a ticket and they found out this is what happened I had the product within 2 weeks. The customer service was fast and nice.

The plastic clear cover looks like my two year old tap dance on it!! Very poor quality DO NOT BUY!! Scam

Helped me out and changed my shipping address when I made a mistake.
