On our first trip to puerto rico, I wanted to propose to my now Fiancé and this is when I first met Eli, after telling him my idea, he quickly got the plan in motion, pulling out all the stops to make the day as special as he could! Everything was timed with great precision and nothing was too much bother! Such a lovely guy with a very big heart! I hope The company that Eli represents understands eli is a fantastic representative and a great asset to the company! We have returned since then and once again, a great service from him and his team Thank you guys, looking forward to returning.

Friendly people with good prices. It's not if the brochure says prices FR that the prices has to be the one in brochure... If every shop would be disliked when the work with prices FROM their would be a lot of bad reviews. We've booked 3 excursions and all three of then where super! My first stop next time on th Island will be there!

I had a very good experience. They was very honest and very helpful. We tried the buggy ride and we was very happy with it. The trip was a lot of fun, and we got a free ride to where the activity took place.

i had a very good experience at Gran Canaria with mysoov desk and mysoov.com, we booked a private yacht trip, and had island guided tour on a Mercedes climatized van. Then we receive a free pass for an amazing beach club . The flyers shows the prices "FROM" it can confuse you, but if you choose the basic options, the flyer are not lying. anyway my next journey will be with them because they know what mean quality of service. when you call for any issue, someone is on the phone for you.

Dishonest company which confuse customers with with their tricky prices. Got a brochure with their Services while I was at Gran Canaria with very attractive prices(30euros) for activities like jet ski/buggy car etc. When I went there, the asking price was almost triple(75euros) and there explaination was some nonsense. I would call it Tourist Trap.
