Great little machine
Works as described, super easy, plus I can store it away during while not in use - unlike the competition which requires a constant night table area.

The machine/product is very easy to…
The machine/product is very easy to use. However, I found out that I am evidently allergic to ozone, as I developed a pretty severe rash/soreness where the mask was on my face after using the Sleep8. I replaced the bag, after seeing that the bag should only be used for about a month. Unfortunately, that didn't change the skin reaction from recurring. I would prefer to be able to use this product but cannot.

The system is quick to do the work that…
The system is quick to do the work that took all day washing and waiting for the hoses to dry . I no longer dread it. It takes so little time.

Charger hard to work
Charger hard to work, don't always work and bag leaves a weird smell

I am not sure what you mean by "charger hard to work" The connection is a standard micro USB to USB power connection. The only thing special about the charger is that it is set to run at a particular Voltage and Amperage. From the user perspective it should just be plugging in any other micro USB connection. Perhaps if you could leave a more clear description of your problem i would be able to help.

i have tried soclean and the smell is atroious but with the sleep8 system it smells so much better and i slept so much harder and it is so eaeu to use you don't have to clean the machine when you clean your equipment that goes with it thank you so much with coming up with a new system to clean my pieces for my cpap machine.
