I like the Sleep 8. It is easy to use, does a good job of sanitizing my CPAP mask, hose and humidifier tray and it seems durable. The zipper on the bag sticks a bit on closing, but works if I am careful with it.

I still cannot describe the "odor" after Sleep8 finish its cycle: it is not as the smell after rain (that one I do like), but the smell I get during and after the cycle is not pleasant (is not noxious)... Not sure if its the blue bag, the charcoal or what... I have cleaned the whole water receptacle, tube and mask, I've tried only the tube, but in all, the odor remains the same... Is it possible I am not using it correctly? Is it normal?

Overall a very good product. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the power cord. It doesn't seem to seat firmly into the unit, so it doesn't always charge. However, it sure beats messing with manually cleaning my cpap every day!

It is great to have the Sleep Apnea cleaner. Doing things manually was no fun. The operating device takes quite long to charge, but once you start using it regularly you get yourself into a routine. The company communicates well, and good customer service will help you get the subsequent bags you will need. My device broke after more than a year's use, and the company quickly replaced it.

The machine/product is very easy to use. However, I found out that I am evidently allergic to ozone, as I developed a pretty severe rash/soreness where the mask was on my face after using the Sleep8. I replaced the bag, after seeing that the bag should only be used for about a month. Unfortunately, that didn't change the skin reaction from recurring. I would prefer to be able to use this product but cannot.

Only complaint is the strong plastic after each cleaning cycle. It’s very quick and easily set up

Simple and easy to use. Quiet with auto shut-off when complete. Have only had for a short time. Does leave a little ordor, not sure if from bag or ozone. I do not seem to have the nasal congestion as much since I have been using for about a week.

I had to contact Sleep 8 About their product which I am not thrilled with. They are sending me a replacement because t barely holds a charge to last for two cleaning cycles, not three as indicated. So far, teh service dept has come through.
