I was excited last month to try your cleaning device. The size is great and the design impressive. Unfortunately, each cleaning cycle produces a terrible ozone odor that doesn't dissipate. Adding insult to injury, when I called your support team last week for guidance, your representative essentially told me to get over it. I remain open to suggestions for solutions. If not; back to SoClean.

Great, easy to use product. Leaves my equipment smelling clean and new. During this pandemic, I'm also using the sanitizer for some other small items that need to be cleaned. Great product, great company to deal with.

I still cannot describe the "odor" after Sleep8 finish its cycle: it is not as the smell after rain (that one I do like), but the smell I get during and after the cycle is not pleasant (is not noxious)... Not sure if its the blue bag, the charcoal or what... I have cleaned the whole water receptacle, tube and mask, I've tried only the tube, but in all, the odor remains the same... Is it possible I am not using it correctly? Is it normal?
