Puffy is a solid experience. The website can get bogged down on drop days and shipping is also pretty slow. That's why I'm knocking a star off. The rest of the stars are for pretty good customer service but most importantly the cost to value ratio. You are going to be absolutely hard pressed to find a vendor that can do what they can. I kind of see that savings as the cost of losing faster shipping or a better website. I will continue to be a customer.

I think a lot of people complaining don’t have a lot of patience for a small business - I had one hiccup when my order was stuck in a batch that got held at USPS, but they fully refunded me and my replacement order was promptly shipped and received. I’ve never had any other issues!

Cant ask for better product, they have their hickups but they always make it right in the end. I stick with Myqwin because I can trust that they will deliver.
