Hundreds of orders that were ordered or processed between July 15-17 were stuck at the post office and we did not find out until a few days later. Many orders did not have any update on the tracking number stating "pre-alert" or "waiting to be accepted" even though we had dropped the shipments off (a common issue where the post office does not scan the orders). When we found out that these shipments were being held,we immediately decided to issue refunds to all orders that while we dealt with the post office to clear the shipments. When we issued the refunds we also sent out a mass email to all affected orders updating clients on the issue and resolution. When we issue the refund you should have received a confirmation email and the refund would take anywhere between 3-5 days to get back in to your account.

Unfortunately, we have anti-fraud software that will automatically cancel an order if it detects that it is high risk. All orders that are high risk will be checked and we will reach out for additional verification to further process the order. I believe that you must have placed an order during July 15-18 and we were inundated with emails and messages in our discord to respond on time. We truly apologize about this and we've reached out to all customers during that time to fix any and all issues.

Unfortunately, this client has spammed our website with identical or similar messages on 20+ products that he's never ordered from us and he was unable to provide any proof of a lab test showing his claims. We absolutely would never spray or infuse any of our flower with additional ingredients because 1) We offer high quality products at good value and because of this it does not allow us to add any additional steps or materials to our products purely because we would not have any margin to be in business. 2) There is no reason for us to do this because the flower is already great as it is. Why would we want to add things to it to make it taste and feel more artificial? It doesn't make sense. Most, if not all of our customers could identify infused flowers and they all know we don't. Just look at our reviews on our site.

Hi Margaret, I understand your frustration when trying to get a hold of a company and it isn't easy. Our site was operating at that time so you should have been able to place orders directly there. We don't take orders by phone and we also don't have a phone number for clients to contact us through so I don't know what number you were calling. We are planning to open phone and text communication soon once we add in some more help!

Hi, normally in this case if you did not get an order confirmation it means that you're card was most likely declined for some reason like insufficient funds or incorrect billing address. There will be no order processed but there may be a pending charge called an authorization on your card that will reverse within 24 hours. This is a common inquiry that we receive so we have set replies to be more efficient at answering messages. I can look further into this transaction if you need.
