I’m trying to contact them because I never received a confirmation email for my order and their email doesn’t work, when I try to log in on their website the page just gets blocked, and anytime I try to ask how to contact them on their Reddit page my post is blocked. Terrible customer service and terrible website overall.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an international order with this store and my parcel never even left the USA. The tracking stopped updating almost one month ago and both USPS and GlobalPost show no movement at all. This was not a customs problem in the UK or a seized parcel. The package appears to have been lost before leaving the USA. What shocked me most was the complete lack of responsibility from the seller. Instead of helping, refunding, or opening a proper claim and resolving the situation fairly, they kept hiding behind their shipping policy and refused to refund me even though I received nothing. I even contacted the carrier myself multiple times trying to get updates, something that should normally be handled by the seller. I was informed the merchant can request compensation for the lost parcel, but they still refused to help. If you are based in the UK or anywhere outside the USA, think twice before buying from this store. Even if your parcel gets lost or stolen before leaving the USA, they may still refuse to refund you. At the end of the day, I paid for an order and received absolutely nothing. No parcel and no refund. I hope my case helps other customers be careful before ordering, so they do not end up in the same situation. Be careful before ordering internationally from this company.

I was on the fence but decided to have a punt. Top quality product, great price and discreet. Will definitely be buying again

Scammers. Had me off for a lot of money

Terrible products, prices, shipping. Save your money and spend elsewhere.

I ordered on February 15th after 5 days they told me I’ll receive a refund cause the item is out of stock which was Cotten candy crunch now it’s March 8th I still have not gotten my money back I contacted my bank they have no records of the transaction and all puffy can say is just wait you’ll get it we sent it but they haven’t I still don’t have my money they’ve been scamming recently so be careful spending your money with these people they’re frauds

Ordered cotton candy crunch, a week after my order was processed I am informed that they were out of stock of what I ordered and I will get a refund. Fast forward 3 weeks later no refund and no help from support except that we sent it and contact your bank i contact my bank and they do not see the transaction. Beware of sending your money I’ve seen people actually receive stuff on the internet but they are sketchy for sure I guess I am just out of my money.
