I had ordered replacement bulbs from OTHER places which were shoddily made. I sent an email to MyProjectorLamps asking about their quality, and if the bulb I selected was the right replacement for my projector. They responded in very timely manner, answered all my questions, and outlining their return policy. I placed my order and quickly received the replacement, which was top quality. I highly recommend MyReplacementBulbs.

I could smell the new lamp (Sony KDF-55E2000) getting warm when I plugged it in. The smell went away but by the end of the first day I had an orange line across the top of the TV screen. When I read the information about the guarantee, it states that I would have to pay to ship the original item back and it the company decides the lamp isn't defective, I would also be charged a $25 restocking fee. I am not going to pay to send the item back and have them possibly decide it is not the lamp and charge me another $25. I will call the company and unless they can take care of the problem without me having to pay to return the defective lamp, I will order a lamp someplace else and not use this site again.

Ordered lamps for one of most important services of the year. Easter. Lamps scheduled to arrive on Friday....this would have been fine. But lamps didn't make it to us until monday. Too late. Missed the reason for the purchase. Very disappointed in the length of time it too to get the lamps.

I recieved the lamp in record time. The screws holding the lamp in place were too short. They would not reach the threaded inserts. I changed them out with the old screws. All is well and it works great. I rate the procuct and service as excellent. !!
